As humans, it's natural to experience fluctuations in our mood. Yet, our society expects us to be out and about all the time. However, disregarding the phases of the Moon can lead to over or underexertion. By aligning ourselves with its rhythm, we become better stewards of our energy. 


The Moon governs not only our ability to digest food, but also our emotions, stress, and exercise habits. Let's look at the different phases of the moon and their impact on our physiology. We will also look at movement, nutrition and things to do during each phase.
